A European Stroll - Zurich, Switzerland - Day 2

April 17, 2023

We woke up early to rainy weather, feeling slightly jet-lagged.  After breakfast, we boarded the bus for a tour of the city, then continued on a walking tour.  The city is amazing!

The University of Zurich (main building).  Albert Einstein attended classes here!

FIFA Headquarters!  I was so excited!

We enjoyed a wonderful schnitzel lunch - I couldn't finish it!

There was a big celebration celebrating the arrival of spring called Sechselauten.

There was an amazing parade and we saw camels!

Along the parade route
The marching bands were wonderful!

The streets were decorated with many flags!
